A Successful Event on Sharks at Deauville Town Hall

On October 21st, Oceans For All France, in partnership with the Deauville Sailing Club, hosted an engaging conference at Deauville Town Hall. The event, themed “The Ocean and Sharks,” attracted a full house of ocean enthusiasts eager to learn more about these misunderstood creatures.

David Martin, biologist, shark expert, and president of Oceans For All, captivated the audience with insights into the vital role sharks play in maintaining marine ecosystems and why it’s time to dispel common fears surrounding them. The lively discussion that followed provided attendees with the chance to exchange ideas and deepen their understanding of ocean conservation.

A heartfelt thank you to the Deauville Sailing Club for organizing this inspiring event and to Deauville Town Hall for their warm hospitality. Together, we continue to raise awareness about the importance of protecting our oceans and the incredible creatures that call them home.
