Vincent Delsol has been the General Manager at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort since 2019. The Panwa beachfront resort is an award-winning, Green Globe Certified destination and a proud BluePass partner. Since 2020, Vincent and his team have taken their resort’s sustainability efforts to new levels; first by introducing the Seagrass Nursery project to guests and staff, and then introducing the Shark Nursery project.
Following the tremendously successful release of 10 juvenile bamboo sharks, Vincent sat down with us to discuss his story, the resort’s sustainability efforts and the difference the foundation’s projects have made in the resort and the surrounding community.
