OCEANS FOR ALL was founded by two active promoters of the sea. Although they have a different relationship with the Ocean, their cooperation symbolizes the urgent necessity for pro-nature ethics.
They are convinced that the tourism industry can be the main promoter of actions towards the preservation of the Ocean.

David Martin

President Co-Founder & Director of Operations

David, a French national, is a diving instructor, marine consultant, underwater cameraman, and shark behaviour specialist. He founded Kanaloa Nature & Films and organizes filming expeditions for sharks. His work has been featured on BBC, National Geographic, and Netflix. David authored “Sharks for your eyes only” and served as project manager for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit Sea Turtle Conservation’s book. He is an advisor for Bluevoice.org and an ambassador for Shark Guardian, actively contributing to the conservation of marine life.

Thibault Salaun

Treasurer & Co-Founder

Thibault Salaun, a French entrepreneur based in Asia since 2004, is not only an MBA graduate specializing in Southeast Asian business affairs but also a certified PADI diver. With a deep passion for the ocean, he has been exploring marine life since his teenage years, diving in captivating locations such as the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia. Thibault brings over 10 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and yachting industry, where he manages a fleet of luxury motor yachts available for private day and overnight charters.

Chrystelle Leurquin

General Manager

With 15 years of project management experience in Southeast Asia, Chrystelle joined OFA as the Director of Communications two years ago and now oversees the foundation’s general management. As an avid scuba diver for over two decades and with a deep love for adventure sports, her profound connection to the sea has always been a driving force in her life.
